Of course we chose a golf course! Owls Nest is a beautiful but difficult Golf Course designed by retired professional golfer Jack Nicklaus. There are also some indoor golf simulators available for use as well. Owls Nest offers 13 pickleball courts, 8 Red clay tennis courts and 4 platform tennis courts. The Racquet complex is open from 9am-6pm. Courts must be reserved. Click the link below for more information

The Boathouse is your go to place for renting kayaks and standup paddle boards to use in the lake. It is also home to “Hook” a seafood restaurant with Raw Bar. Directly next to the Boat house is the year-round heated pool, hot tub and cash bar that is available to guests staying at Owls Nest Resort.

Our wedding location overlooks a manmade lake perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or even just relaxing on the beach. Guests staying at Owls Nest can take full advantage of the lake and we hope to see you there throughout the weekend!
